David is
known as a songwriter, record producer, guitarist, and
composer for film and TV. Emmy award winner, Grammy
nominee, David is perhaps best known for his hit song,
"Midnight at the Oasis".David has worked with artists
including Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon, Jerry Garcia, David
Grisman, Christopher Guest, Billy Crystal, Patti LuPone,
Maria Muldaur, The McGarrigles, David Bromberg, and Dr.
John. He has written title songs and underscore for One
Life to Live and As The World Turns. David composed the
music for the film "The Big Picture", starring Kevin
Bacon and Martin Short, among many other film and TV
credits.

Belloni, Layne Redmond, Badal Roy, and Nana Vasconcelos.
He was featured in Jerome Robbins' Ballet, "Watermill",
and Julie Taymor's "Transposed Heads". He has received
critical acclaim for his Indian music recordings,
"Luminous Ragas", and "Parampara", and the classic world
music recording,"Asian Journal".

A native of Guanzhou, China,
Master Hon received a BA from Princeton University
and a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from
Connecticut College. The founder of the Dan Tao
School, he teaches in NYC where he lives with his
wife and three daughters.
